The right candidate will work on our product team under the direction of the Chief Product Officer who is stated in the US. You will collaborate very closely with customers, our technology, client success and other key teams. You will  own the lifecycle of our key SaaS supply chain products and build and develop the product team members working within this group .

 What you’ll do

• Be responsible for the commercial success of our products, including market research, product strategy and pricing/financial strategy.
• Lead new product initiatives from planning through to delivery and beyond 
• Manage and build a Product team. Coach Product Owners to ensure that they are delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with customers to identify market trends, understand their sustainability ambitions, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with peers to align best (product management) practices within Source Intelligence
• Work with domain and regulatory experts within Source Intelligence to ensure that our products and roadmaps are aligned with key global regulatory requirements 
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the product roadmap and backlogs are well coordinated with our services teams and offerings.
• Ensure that all of the voice of the customer channels are active and building inputs and guidance on how to make market winning solutions. Work closely with the Technology and Sales departments to drive innovation and growth.
• Help determine best options for fulfilling future product requirements including conducting buy versus build analysis. Where sourcing capabilities from third parties is required, lead process around identifying and selecting best options.

What we are looking for :

• Has 2+ years of experience as a product manager, experience in a SaaS company or the ESG market is required .
• Familiarity with the “Pragmatic” SaaS product management framework is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Agile methodology preferred but not required.
• People management skills, both with direct reports as well as stakeholders on different levels
• Understands the software development market from different points of view like technology, business, marketing & sales and user experience. .
• Is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate ideas into successful products.
• Has excellent communication and collaboration skills. You are driven to solve problems, demonstrate a bias for action, and are passionate about what you do.
• Is fluent in English, with a second European language as a plus.
