  • Support month-end close processes including the analysis and reporting of financial results; ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted.
  • Instill financial responsibility through education and partnership with cross-functional teams and department leaders.
  • Favorably impact company performance by being a strategic business partner for various organizations.  Helping the company highlight emerging trends and assess their impact so actions are prioritized appropriately.
  • Prepare recommendations based on analysis of revenue and expenses including headcount and headcount-driven expense, and product and product line revenue.
  • Build and enhance reporting processes used to provide Executive Management with budgeting, forecasting and analysis in support of strategic decision-making and financial models.
  • Become a trusted partner and primary point of contact for planning and analysis needs across key business partners.
  • Analyze customer base to understand contract renewal opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create budgets that reflect a demand generation waterfall, and cascade that through the sales pipeline and sales rep efficiency model.
  • Determine key drivers of gross margin improvement opportunities for the business and assist management with the development of KPIs to drive efficiency.
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to consistently track and improve standard metrics including ROI on marketing spend, sales stage conversion, sales cycle, win rate, sales rep productivity, pipeline coverage, and forecasting accuracy, among others.
