About the role 

Supplier Support will manage external supplier relationships and develop effective communication strategies to obtain requested compliance regulation information. Supplier Support is responsible for facilitating data exchange between Source Intelligence and Source Intelligence customer suppliers. 

What you’ll do 

  • Engage in communications with suppliers for data collection purposes on behalf of SI customers. 
  • Interact with customers/suppliers to address their concerns, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs. 
  • Assist suppliers with how to complete requested supply chain documentation i.e., forms and survey templates. 
  • Review suppliers’ responses and process basic documentation provided  
  • Engage suppliers with questions on the use of the portal 
  • Engage suppliers with questions on requirements of requested compliance documentation 
  • Approve data submitted by suppliers through the portal   
  • Complete Source Intelligence Product Compliance Certification 1
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the company 

What we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Customer Service experience preferred 
  • Knowledgeable of relevant compliance regulations like RoHS, REACH, conflict minerals, California Proposition 65, TSCA, etc.  preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Demonstrate organizational priority-setting skills 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Multilingual ability in speech and written communication a plus  
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Self-motivated and a team player 
  • Full time availability during regular business hours
